Hello all members, on behalf of the committee, I advise that the date for this years AGM is to be Sunday 6th September @ 14.00 hr at the club site. The date has been brought forward for this years meeting in the hope of better weather than later in the month, to allow the meeting to take place in the open, in the interest of social distancing and members safety.
The club members need to elect a new Chairman, as Rob Savin stood down from the position some months ago. Any member wishing to stand is requested to put their names forward for posting to the membership
The Treasurer Jamie Hall, has also advised that he wishes to stand down at the meeting, so we are also looking for a volunteer from the membership to fill this post on the committee. Again, anyone interested in taking this post is asked to put their name forward before the AGM
