The following events are planned for 2025
SWEF Fest Camping Weekends
These have been very successful & popular (depending on the weather !) for several years running.
One of the great benefits for members, is that camping for these events is free.
We usually have a campfire, a barbecue (bring some grub to share), beer; & shenanigans often ensue – including night time flying, fireworks, etc.
The following dates have been set for 2025 SWEF Fest camping weekends, so book them in your diaries!
Friday April 25th – Sunday 27th
Friday May 23rd – Sunday 25th
Friday June 20th – Monday 23rd
Friday July 18th – Sunday 20th
Friday August 15th – Sunday 17th
Friday September 12th – Sunday 14th
Friday October 10th – Monday 13th
Note: Camping is not allowed at any other time unless pre-arranged & agreed with the committee & landlord.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
For 2025, the AGM has been provisionally set for June 22nd @ 1pm at the club, but this is yet to be confirmed & members will be notified in advance.
Family Days
Members are welcome to bring their families with them during the SWEF Fest Weekends in June, July & August – see dates above.
